But cars that are totally powered by water are still a thing of science fiction. Science has not yet caught up on this front. However, cars that are partially powered by water are here and have been for several years now.

Many people think of hydrogen cars as a zero emissions solution that will help cut down on greenhouse gases and global warming and they are right. But, hydrogen cars are not available to the masses yet.
