I’ve heard from my old friend Joe Shea about the upcoming November 2011 edition concerning the HHO Games & Exposition in Florida and here’s what he had to say:

Kevin, I thought you might like to see this. There’s lots on HHOgames.com on the latest developments, including a $12,500 grant from Bright House cable networks. The Games are Nov. 11-13 at the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, from 9-5 each day and there are seminars all day long, every day. Veterans are free on 11/11.

Many thanks for your support in the past, Kevin. It’s been vital and very appreciated.

Here’s the Press Release:

NOVELIST TO SPEAK TO HYDROGEN FANS AT HHO GAMES

BRADENTON, Fla. — Novelist L. E. Indianer, of Ormond Beach, Fla., will be a featured speaker at the Nov. 11-13 HHO Games & Exposition at the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, 5500 N. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Fla., on November 11th and 12th. The HHO Games draw hydrogen enthusiasts and developers of hydrogen-on-demand products from around the country.

Indianer’s latest international thriller is entitled THE H FACTOR. It’s a novel about two college students at Georgia Tech who partner for a three-year undergraduate thesis to benefit humanity, and invent The H Factor,” a device that will separate hydrogen from water, convert it into energy, and make fossil fuels obsolete. Their efforts result in opposition and threats by those who want to see the project fail, including the OPEC countries and international terrorists.

“From all I’ve read and researched,” Indianer stated, “HHO is definitely the fuel of the future, and I’m excited to be a part of the HHO Games and see cars with these devices demonstrated for the public. Gasoline is not our only fuel choice anymore.”

Learn more about the HHO Games at www.hhogames.com, or call Joe Shea at (941) 462-4005. They will be held Nov. 11-13, 2011, from 9-5 each day.

Just wanted to let you know we’re mounting the next installment of the HHO Games & Exposition on April 15-17, 2011 in Manatee County, Florida.

We have an interesting article on hhogames.com on a concept for ultrasonic carburetor vaporization of gasoline, with the promise of 200MPG when complete. Later, HHO would be introduced to further extend a passenger car’s range. There are six videos for the carburetor in the one article.

They’re from the Crunk Bros., who represent Epoch Energy of Taiwan in the U.S. They will be introducing their 12v HHO kit next month following overseas success with their 24v kit. Keep up the good work – and I know there’s an awful lot of it!

As the price for a gallon of gasoline has once again topped $4 per gallon in some places in the U. S. (like where I live in California) and $10 per gallon in the UK (hard to imagine) the desire to buy or build hydrogen gas savers is once again of public interest.

This phenomenon occurred a couple of years ago as well. As long as the price of gasoline in the U. S. was below $4per gallon the demand to buy or build hydrogen gas savers was lethargic. But, now that there is a crisis in Libya, Egypt and Tunisia and a barrel oil goes for over $100 the story has changed.

It’s amazing not only the amnesia of the public but the politicians as well. This past summer BP had the world’s worst oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and somehow not only did they avoid bankruptcy, but in the fourth quarter they managed to squeak out a tidy $2 billion in profit. I said, profit, not revenue.

So, if you believe like I do that the oil companies are in collusion with one another, in contrast to competition with one another then, yes, it’s time to get a hydrogen gas saver for your car or truck. Using less gasoline means less in profits for BP, the Middle East nations, Venezuela and more money in your pocket. Plus you’re doing the environment a favor by polluting less.

Now that gasoline is $4 per gallon again, why not make a commitment to buying or building your own hydrogen gas saver and take a step towards energy independence and saying No to the Big Oil Companies and Foreign Oil Companies?

Hydrogen gas saver manufacturer Hy-Drive Technologies, Incorporated has partnered up with GreenCell Technologies. GreenCell has carved out Canada as the exclusive distribution area for the Hy-Drive HGS series of hydrogen gas savers.

According to Hy-Drive their HGS series have an overall fuel savings of 10.47-percent and the average particulate emissions reduction is 39.53-percent. Third party SAE tests have validated these numbers.

Hy-Drive is branding its products that target Caterpillar engines older than 2007, calling the unit the HydroCell Max. But, that’s not all.

According to the press release, “The greatly-anticipated dual goal of improving both mileage and emissions has been successfully met and now new units for other engine manufacturers are imminent, awaiting dyno testing and tuning to maximize performance.”

Like other hydrogen gas savers the HydroCell Max and HGS series use electrolysis of water to create H2 which is then ported into the truck engine’s intake where it helps the diesel fuel to burn more cleanly with more power.

After 6 years in development and sales predominantly in Canada, Hy-Drive is one of the best kept secrets that the U. S. needs to know about.

Usually this blog is reserved for news about hydrogen gas saving devices that helps people with gasoline or diesel internal combustion engines save fuel. One of the reasons is that I see hydrogen gas savers as a bridge to full hydrogen cars.

But, something unique has happened lately and that is a hydrogen car is up for sale at the same time that a hydrogen truck is also up for sale. Now, what are the odds of this? One in a million probably.

You see, there are no commercial production hydrogen cars for sale yet. The year they are expected to arrive by the automakers themselves is 2015. But, if you follow the link you’ll find two hydrogen vehicles that are up for sale for various reasons.

The hydrogen car for sale is owned by a private collector who put the vehicle up on eBay and was unsuccessful with the sale. The owner of the hydrogen truck for sale actually is an engineer who worked on the vehicle before the company went under.

Both the hydrogen car and truck have an asking price of under $20,000 so if you live near a hydrogen fueling station, then you may just want to buy a vehicle that no one else owns and take pride in driving your near zero emissions vehicle among all of your gas guzzling neighbors.

Hitting the light truck and vehicle marketplace, Modern Technologies Corporation has introduced its newest model of hydrogen generator, the LTV. The hydrogen generator can be used on any four stroke internal combustion engine up to 7.3 liter and any kind of fossil fuel.

The LTV model comes with an advanced CPU control system, efficient hydrogen production and offers long-duty cycle and long lasting reliability. For the doubters and critics that this kind of technology works at all there is a recent study from the Beijing University of Technology that says otherwise.

According to the study, hydrogen added as a supplement to fossil fuel burning internal combustion engines, helps reduce emissions and increase mileage.

Whether you believe in HHO technology, you have to admire on thing and this is that Ronn Motors is willing to put their money where their mouth is. If Ronn Motors succeeds in bringing their Scorpion and H2GO system to market and everything works as advertised, then this will be an industry game changer.

If Ronn Motors fails, however, this will be one of the largest automotive flops in history. So, what is Ronn Motors doing to promote its cause? Plenty. First, Ronn Motors has teamed up with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to field trial their H2GO hydrogen injection system (HHO fuel injection).

Second, Ronn Motors has teamed up with the contractor for FedEx Ground to fleet test the H2GO system under real life conditions. Third, the Ronn Scorpion, complete with its hydrogen on demand system, has been invited to the Indianapolis 500.

Fourth, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger test drove the Scorpion in Sacramento and commented that he wanted to buy one when they became available. And, last but not least, Ronn Motors has contracted with the Infinity Energy Group to buy 40,000 H2GO systems for installation on their fleet of road trucks.

Now, for the skeptics who say HHO simply cannot work, may so. Or maybe not and we will find out in a very big way in a few short months to come.

This week, the largest gathering ever of HHO advocates, buyers, inventors and skeptics has taken place in Palmetto, Florida. Spearheaded by Joe Shea, the HHO Games and Expo was supposed to bring together all types for the discussion and showcase of this emerging technology.

Now, there is some confusion in the community as to what a hydrogen generator is and isn’t since they can be used in the automotive, medical and even welding fields. For our purposes, we’re talking about hydrogen and HHO generators for cars, trucks and other vehicles.

At the HHO Games, many big names in the industry including dozens of inventors will be there showing their wares. Names like Larry Jarboe, James Robey and perhaps even Bob Boyce (they’re trying all they can to get him there) will talk about all sorts of HHO industry subject to convince the skeptics and reassure the advocates of the viability of this technology.

This is the last day for the HHO Games, so if you’re in the area, it would be worth the visit as both seminars and inventors will be there all day.

Dan Green (yes, his real name) of Kilauea, Hawaii has invented an HHO generator for his 1985 Volkswagen Westfalia that he says improves gas mileage by 30-percent. What is unique about Green’s van is not the hydrogen gas saver unit itself, but the fact that the device is powered by solar energy.

Green has a solar panel mounted on top of his Volkswagen that collects the sun’s energy. The energy is transformed into electricity and fed to a second battery at the back of the vehicle. This battery in turn supplies power to the hydrogen gas saver that injects HHO gas into the engine of the vehicle.

Like other HHO generators, Dan Green’s device boosts the power, efficiency and fuel savings of his vehicle. Green also mentions the trucking and shipping industries as the two candidates that could benefit the most from this technology now.

With as much fuel as large ship burn while out to sea, one would think they would be all onboard with hydrogen gas saver technology. However, this is one area that is seriously lacking right now in the industry.

I’ll have to admit that this is a tricky subject. Separating fact from fiction regarding the mythical water car, hydrogen cars and regular cars partly powered by HHO gas can make many people’s heads swim.

But, the problem with mixing up technologies is that the readers’ heads continue to swim afterwards. I’ll have to give the Muse paper its dues because it mostly got the article right. But, there are also a few errors that need to be corrected.

For instance, the official Daniel Dingel website says that the inventor’s water car is actually a hydrogen on-demand device for a standard automobile. This is a newer interpretation of older claims of a 100-percent water-powered car.

The Muse Online also calls a popular HHO eBook at “kit” which of course it is not, only a set of plans to build a kit. In the article the term “H2O powered car” is also used loosely so that the reader doesn’t mean if this refers to a 100-percent water car or a car partially powered by electrolyzed water. There is a huge difference here.

Like I said, this is a difficult subject to wrap one’s head around. But, in order to separate fact from fiction, the media does need to get the similarities and differences straight.
